Implementation of New Rules will take place in 2010. Penalty shots will not be rewarded this year, and instead the player being assessed a penalty will be removed from the ice immediatley and replaced with another player. Also goalies will not be assigned a specific team but will rotate throughout the schedule on all teams to help equalize the skill level of the goalies and create a Fun First atmosphere in our league.

The 2010 Spring Chatham-Kent 3on3 Maroon Hockey League is operated with the cooperation of the the Chatham Junior Maroon Hockey Club and former Chatham Jr Maroon players.

Many current and past Jr Maroon players played in the Chatham-Kent 3 on 3 League as part of their spring hockey development and they encourage you to join the league and work on your skills and most importantly Have FUN!!!!!

All Games are played at Thames Campus Arena in Chatham.

3on3 hockey is a fast paced, non contact, non stop game.

Our league consist of Novice, Atom, PeeWee and a Bantam division that was added in 2008 and was full with a waiting list.

We have incorporated a few simple rules to insure that all the work that has gone into teaching offsides and icing during the regular hockey season, will continue to be enforced in our 3 on 3 play. A copy of our league rules is in the download section, so please read them, and explain them to your children. Also there will be a schedule with all the block game dates and times, and teams will be filled in after our registration is complete. We reserve the right to change the schedule as required and will contact you if changes occur.

Our goal is to make our 3on3 hockey as much fun as it can be for the players, officials and spectators alike. Hockey is an exciting sport, and it is very easy to get caught up in the competitive aspect of the game. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone, behavior contrary to this goal will not be tolerated.
